Texas Hemp Plug is committed to transparency, compliance, and quality. All products are derived from legally grown hemp in accordance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill and Texas House Bill 1325 (2019). Each item is verified by accredited third-party labs to confirm it contains no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch.

Compliance & Age

You must be 21+ to purchase. By ordering, you acknowledge responsibility for knowing and following your local hemp laws. Texas Hemp Plug does not ship to states or localities that restrict hemp consumables.

FDA Notice

These products are hemp-derived and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products should be used responsibly.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We ship within the U.S. where permitted by law. Orders that cannot legally be shipped will be canceled and refunded. Once shipped, Texas Hemp Plug is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by carriers or regulators.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

We protect your information. Personal details (such as name, address, email, and payment data) are used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share customer information except as required to process payments securely or comply with law.
